How to use
Position the panel 6 to 12 inches from bare skin; during the first week stay 12 to 18 inches away. Never use closer than 6 inches. Sessions typically run 10 to 30 minutes depending on distance, up to 2 to 4 times per week. Always wear the included blackout goggles or Apex VisionGuard glasses. For adults 18 and older.
